CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Daniel Cannon has been in the natural gas industry for more than 37 years. He served as co-founder, owner and COO of LCM from 1976 through its sale to Universal Compression (UCI) in 2001. At UCI he served as Director of Business Development/Acquisitions for International and Domestic Operations until his retirement in 2003. Since 2004 he has served as Vice President of Eastern U.S. Operations, Vice President of Domestic Sales, Senior Vice President of North America, heading both sales and operations groups, as well as Senior Vice President of Global Operations of a leading oil and gas service company he co-founded until he acquired its Domestic AMS business naming it Arkos Field Services in August of 2014.
LEE W. SUMRALL
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND TREASURER
Lee Sumrall joined a hotel casino company as Director of Planning and Budget and quickly rose to Chief Financial Officer in 1984. In that position, he managed the initial public offering and negotiated the company’s public debt. After the company merged with a larger public casino company, Lee left to become Chief Financial Officer at Louisiana Compressor Maintenance (LCM). When LCM sold to Universal Compression, Lee remained as Vice President of Financial Services and Assistant Treasurer. In 2008, Universal Compression merged with Hanover Compressor and Lee stayed on as Director of Financial Services and Assistant Treasurer.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Seth Cannon joined Arkos with 20 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. He began his career in 1996 as a Service Technician with LCM and held a variety of positions up to its sale to UCI in 2001. While working at UCI, he earned his Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Nicholls State University. Seth joined an oil and gas services company in 2004 and had multiple roles during his 10 years with the company including: AMS Project Coordinator, Operations Manager of Southeast United States and Director of Operations Optimization.
VICE PRESIDENT, GULF COAST
Tim Mann began his career with a small private compression company, C&B Compression Services, based in Lafayette, Louisiana. He has held numerous positions in operations and management, including Operations Manager, Vice President of Eastern U.S. Operations, and most recently Vice President of Gulf Coast Operations, with industry-leading companies such as Production Operators Inc., Hanover Compressor Company and CDM Resource Management throughout his 28 years in the natural gas industry.
VICE PRESIDENT, MID CONTINENT
Kent Weir began his career in natural gas compression in 1992 and has held many roles in the field operations aspect of the business. He served as Facility Manager at the refurb shop for Hanover in West Monroe, Louisiana, where he later became Operations Manager of the north central region of the United States, including Michigan, Illinois and Wisconsin. He was formerly Operations Manager for East Texas and North Louisiana until 2012 when he began serving as the Regional Manager of the Mid-con area. Kent has been in the natural gas industry for more than 22 years.
VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Terry Picou began his career in the Oil and Gas Industry with Placid Oil Company shortly after graduating from college in 1983. He has held numerous positions with oil and gas producers from operations, engineering and management. In 1998, he began his career in the Gas Compressor Service Industry with Louisiana Compressor Maintenance (LCM) as an Account Manager through its sale to Universal Compression (UCI) in 2001. At UCI he served as Senior Account Manager and Director of Business Development. Since 2007 he has served as Senior Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager for the Gulf Coast and Northeast Regions, and Manager of Business Development and Sales. Terry has worked in the Oil and Gas Industry for over 33 years.
